(HIPAA technical safeguards require audit controls and access protections; we make them usable by design.)

He leads product vision, customer development, and clinical partnerships, translating front-line workflows into a HIPAA-strong, multi-stakeholder platform. Yianni's north star is simple: move time and dollars from admin back to patient care.
Focus areas: clinical workflow design, go-to-market with pilot clinics, compliance posture, customer storytelling.
Adam architected Auth Hero's case-centric platform on Azure, with an emphasis on secure document management, auditability, and sensible automation. He owns engineering execution, reliability, and enterprise readiness. His mandate is shipping fast without compromising trust.
Focus areas: platform architecture, automation roadmap (OCR, routing), SOC2/HIPAA technical controls, performance and uptime.
A product leader and software engineer with California workers' comp experience, Madeline drives the MVP scope, tiered packaging, and client experience. She pairs tight discovery (clinic/admin needs) with pragmatic delivery, ensuring each release moves the flywheel: cases ↑, stakeholder depth ↑, time-to-value ↓.
Focus areas: MVP & pricing tiers, onboarding & TTV, engagement loops (messages→tasks/docs), analytics and customer-visible reporting.
Nick co-owns security with the CTO/CPO and operationalizes HIPAA across people, process, and tech. He steers identity & access (Entra ID/SSO), logging & retention, encryption standards, and third-party risk—making 'audit-ready' the default. Internally, he aligns policy with developer ergonomics so security accelerates, not slows, delivery.
Focus areas: HIPAA/SOC2 programs, RBAC & least privilege, audit logging and retention, vendor/security reviews, incident readiness.
